Deborah S. “Deb” Reif, 66, of 13581 Weiler Road, Huntingdon, passed away on October 25, 2023 at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Nittany Valley in Pleasant Gap.
Deborah was born on July 22, 1957 in Bellefonte to the late Gilbert and Phyllis (Showers) King. On October 20, 1979, she married her husband J. Dennis Reif, who survives at home.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son Jeremiah Adam Reif of Huntingdon and companion Samantha Haskin, and daughter Jessica Lynn Walsh and spouse Jonathan and their son Colton, of Moyock, NC, brother Brian D. King and wife Terri of Warriors Mark.
Deb was a 1975 graduate of State College High School. She was employed as an accounting clerk for HRB Singer, S & A Homes, Stone Valley Construction, J. Porter Enterprises, and most recently as a receptionist for Smithfield Township.
She was a member of the former McAlevy’s Fort Presbyterian Church and involved with Jackson Miller Home and School Organization. She enjoyed spending time with her grandson. In earlier years she enjoyed canning and was a proud former Huntingdon Area High School band parent.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Stone Valley Bible Church, 13543 Greenwood Road, Huntingdon, PA with Pastor J. Daniel Morris officiating. Burial will take place at the Green Lee Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. prior to the memorial service.
