Enid M. Yoder, 90, of Valley View Terrace, Belleville PA, passed away at 6:05 p.m. Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at the Haven.


Born June 22, 1930, in Belleville to Jacob H. Yoder and Sadie M. (Byler) Yoder. Enid married April 27, 1952 to John L. Yoder, who passed away on Dec. 1, 2020.

Surviving are Children: Mildred Bender & husband John Paul, of Greensboro, NC, Ann M. Yoder, of Charlotte, NC, J. Larry Yoder & wife Lou Ann, of Lewistown, Lester J. Yoder, of Springfield, MO, Grandchildren: Michael Bender, Jennifer Bergey & husband Phil, Mark Bender & wife Lindsey, Amanda Yoder & husband Curt, Sarah Uetz & husband Steve, Tyler Yoder & wife Annie, Tim Yoder & wife Ashleigh, and Matthew Yoder & wife Alannah, and Great-grandchildren: Carter & Kason Bergey, Brycen, Parker, Mason, Elijah, and Easton Bender, Dalton, Hayden & Mila Yoder, Zachary & Benjamin Uetz, Aspen & Willow Yoder, and Gunner & Ellington Yoder.

She was primarily a homemaker. In earlier years, Enid was employed at Vogt’s Garment Factory in Allensville, she worked at the restaurant in Belleville and in Allensville, and was known in the area for her catering and making sticky buns and T-rings.

She enjoyed cooking, gardening, spending time with family and baking.

She is a member of Locust Grove Mennonite Church, Ladies Sewing Circle, Mifflin County Mennonite Historical Society, BMS Ladies Auxiliary, Valley View Haven Bazaar.

Her memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Locust Grove Mennonite Church with Ivan & Pam Yoder officiating. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family at Locust Grove Cemetery.
