Harry E. Yoder

Harry E. Yoder, 63, of 155 S. Main St., Milroy, passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at UPMC West Shore Hospital in Mechanicsburg.


He was born on March 1, 1959, in Lewistown a son of the late Samuel J. and Irene M. (Zook) Yoder.

He is survived by his siblings, Paul J. Yoder and wife Sandra L. of Bethlehem; Jay S. Yoder of Mertztown; Nathan C. Yoder of Milroy; Sanford D. Yoder of Vera Cruz; and Erwin T. ”Ted” Yoder of Vera Cruz, Pa. He was preceded in death by a brother, Terry L. Yoder.

Harry graduated from Louis E. Dieruff High School in 1978. He then served in the U.S. Marine Corp. from 1979-1982. He was formerly employed at Advanced Auto.

He was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church in Allentown. He enjoyed attending the local races, NASCAR racing, and being an auto mechanic.

His funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 28, 2022, at Henderson Funeral Home, 3813 W. Main St., Belleville. Burial will take place following the service at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery, Belleville. His family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home on Saturday.
