Josephine A. (Wentz) Fasick

Josephine A. (Wentz) Fasick, 103, of Belleville, passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at Valley View Haven.

She was born on May 9, 1921 in Newton Hamilton to the late Jerome and Mae (Benner) Wentz.

Surviving is a son, John Fasick and wife Donna of Columbus, IN; 3 grandchildren: Michelle Miller and husband Larry of Columbus, IN, Mark McClintic of Columbus, IN, John Fasick III and wife Laura of Lima, NY; 2 great-grandchildren: Aaron Michael Fasick and Alex Obenhoffer; a sister, Jane Kirk of Fairfield, CA; and numerous special nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters: Mary Kelligan, Ruby Hoover, Verna Barben, and one brother, Harvey Wentz.

She was raised in the Methodist Church.  She loved gardening and bird watching.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the Henderson Funeral Home, 3813 West Main Street, Belleville.
