May 14, 1964 - January 27, 2024
Kenneth G. Sitch, 59, of Belleville, was embraced into the arms of Jesus on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at his home.
He was born May 14, 1964, in Lewistown, a son of the late Paul Sitch, Sr. and Florence “Emmagene” (Metz) Sitch. On May 10, 1986, he married Regina (French) Sitch. She resides at their home.
Also surviving are: his sons, Phillip D. Sitch & partner Kasey Baker of Mattawana; Daniel T. Sitch & wife Kelsey and their son Hudson P. of Mapleton Depot; Joshua M. Sitch & wife Brooke and their daughter Kinley of Belleville; and a brother, Paul C. Sitch & wife Carrie of Maryland.
Along with his parents, Ken was also preceded in death by an infant sister, Janet Sitch.
He was a 1982 graduate of Kish High School and was employed at Allensville Planing Mill for a number of years. More recently, he worked for Snedeker Energy as an HVAC technician.
Ken attended Locust Grove Mennonite Church and was a wonderful and loving husband, father, & grandfather. He loved spending time with his family, playing games, fishing, being at the river, hunting, going to camp, or just talking to his boys on the phone. His faith in God and family were the most precious to him.
A celebration of his life will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at Locust Grove Mennonite Church with Pastors Neil Renno & Harold Sharp officiating. His family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 30, from 6 to 8 p.m. also at Locust Grove Church. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery, Belleville.
