Martina M. Peachey, 96, of Clearwater, FL, passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2024.
She was born on May 11, 1927, in Belleville, PA to the late Wesley H. and Alice M. (Smith) Krepps. Her husband, Melvin A. Peachey, preceded her in death on April 2, 2008.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Glenn D. Krepps, Buddy H. Krepps, and Robert W. Krepps and three sisters, Betty Sharp, Jean Stoltzfus and Peggy Yoder.
Surviving are her children: LaVern R. Yoder of Clearwater, FL, Lynn E. Peachey and wife Patricia of Petersburg, PA, James K. Peachey and wife Jan of Reedsville, PA, JoAnn M. Osmun and husband John of Frostproof, FL; 8 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren; two sisters, Helen Zook and Zelda “Ruth” Krepps, both of Milroy, PA.
She was a high school graduate, a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother. She was primarily a homemaker and had previously been employed at Costco and Weis Markets.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 2, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Henderson Funeral Home, 3813 West Main Street, Belleville, PA with Dr. Lowell Stoltzfus officiating. Burial will take place at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery, Belleville, PA.
